VFAPNC we are proud to be here walking to End Alzheimer’s. We walk today for the mothers and fathers who can no longer remember, for the grandparents whose stories fade too soon, and for the families who carry the weight of this disease every single day.

We walk with hope, we walk with love, and we walk with determination because every step brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. Together, we are not just walking… we are fighting, we are honoring, and we are remembering.
