Now in its third year, the Convenient Healthcare and Pharmacy Collaborative® (CHPC) conference will again focus on important topics that impact patient care in the retail healthcare environment. CHPC is a 3-day educational conference for convenient care clinicians and pharmacists. This conference will offer nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists the opportunity to advance their knowledge and comprehension of acute and chronic diseases as well as the chance to participate in discussions among peers and opinion leaders concerning the latest in healthcare best practices.

Nurse Practitioners - $149

Sessions offered:

• Leadership Sessions on Thursday, July 20 - 8:15 am to 12:00 pm
  These sessions will be accredited for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists. Participants can earn up to 3.5 CE credits for this track
  
  
• Clinician Education Sessions on Thursday, July 20 - 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm and Friday, July 21 - 8:00 am to 1:15 pm
  These sessions will address the specific needs of the retail clinician and are accredited for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Participants in these sessions can earn up to 7 CE credits.
  
  
• Collaborative Education Sessions on Friday, July 21 - 1:15 pm to 5:30 pm and Saturday, July 22 - 8:00 am to 3:45 pm
  These combined pharmacy and clinical education sessions are accredited for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists. Participants can earn up to 10 CE credits for these sessions.

Total CE credits available by profession is as follows: nurse practitioners and physician assistants - 20.5; Pharmacists - 13.5

A limited block of rooms has been set aside at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at a rate of $239. The deadline for making your reservation is June 21, 2017. After that date, or in the event that the room block becomes full prior to the deadline, rooms are subject to availability, and rates may increase.
