Kelly Bowman and Esperion (Nexletol and Nexlizet,Non-statin, LDL-C lowering therapies) have invited you to attend either a VIRTUAL educational dinner meeting on Thursday, August 13th (Please RSVP via the link ASAP!) OR a "LIVE" presentation on Monday, August 24th at Stonewood, Ormond Beach. Details for the LIVE educational dinner meeting will be posted shortly! (You MUST RSVP as seating is limited due to COVID -19.)

Please have all attendees register ASAP (the sooner the better), at the site below and a link will be forwarded via email for login to view the presentation. The invitation is attached as well.
For the meal option, please choose a meal for delivery from door dash for ALL-INCLUSIVE, delivery, tax, etc. for $30. Text Kelly at (407) 733-1345 with the order, home address for delivery, and time they want it delivered on 8/13, and she will arrange the delivery for them. Please contact Kelly with any questions.
